The Sparx Systems Cloud Services application provides a convenient mechanism for hosting EA models. It provides easy access to them by people within your team and, optionally, to external workers (like customers, stakeholders or consultants). For the hosting, it does not matter whether it is a file-based (i.e. EAP or FEAP files) or a DBMS-based EA repository.
Tip: Hosting a file-based EA repository using Sparx Cloud Services is preferable to deploying to a file server.
Since the access to hosted models is via HTTP or HTTPS, the use of Sparx Cloud Services is the best solution if model access is to be possible “externally” (by external employees or in home office scenarios).
