Best Practice Tour 2023

Exciting application areas and professional exchange

Due to the great success and positive participant feedback of our tour last year, we are pleased to welcome you personally again 2023. We are pleased to invite you to our Best Practice Tour 2023.

At various stops, you will have the opportunity to explore the various application areas of modeling with our Tool Suite (Enterprise Architect, Pro Cloud Server, Prolaborate) and get to know the latest functions in a workshop with our team of trainers. Together with our local partners, we will also present concrete, exciting customer cases on selected topics.

SaaS: At the Best Practice Tour we will also talk about the new possibilities that open up with Software as a Service. With Software as a Service, you not only can run your EA floating licenses from the cloud, but you can also access and edit your models from anywhere and collaborate with your team through integration of the other products from the tool suite. Data security and ensuring European data protection and security standards are also an important focus in this context.

Why should you join the EA Best Practice Tour 2023?

Our Best Practice Tour will provide you with best practice from the field. It also gives you an overview how to bring modeling and Enterprise Architecture to a new, fresh level within your organisation.

It allows you:

  • to answer the question about Value Creation with modeling for your business, enabling collaboration
  • to get an insight about best practice from a different organisation, have your questions answered directly from the field
  • to meet other Sparx EA users, to share your ideas and learn best practices.

Frankfurt: September 26th: CANCELED

Together with our partner EY ifb, we present the specific use case “Bridging the Ga(a)p – Managing Requirements for a large scale Finance Transformation project with AVANT” with Allianz.

In a large scale Financial Transformation project for a major insurance company group, affecting more than 80 daughter companies and hundreds of legal entities, AVANT is used to manage the business requirements and validate the technical implementation. It provides an “end2end” view on the delivery of financial and insurance information up to their use in reporting.

The business requirements are mapped into the insurance “Information Object Model” from which the technical implementation is derived. This offers the unique possibility to validate and ensure the completeness, correctness and coherence of the implementation.

In our workshop we show: “Various application areas of modelling & latest functions”

Venue: Meet ‘n’ Work Am Hauptbahnhof 16; 60329 Frankfurt

Places are allocated according to incoming orders. We reserve the right to cancel in case of overbooking.

In this case, the payment will be returned of course.
